Peace, Love and KENNY!

So at the last minute (literally) we 'found' tickets to The Sun City Carnival Tour! With a list of things I needed so I could leave straight from work, Julieanne met me in Frederick and away we went. Needless to say, it was a great night! Kenny is always the best, but Lady Antebellum and Miranda Lambert didn't let us down either. Perfect weather and plenty of funny stories about our fellow concert goers :) By the way - this was Julieanne's first Kenny concert and yep....she's hooked!

Cat's Meow

Most of the time when you pass the house, you'll find Miss Molly perched in the front window just like the cat in the Cat's Meow collection. It's her window to the world. As nosey as she is, I'm surprised she gets any rest here!

On Mother's day, I got the best surprise! A perfect card and wonderful treats from Bath & Body! I think they might love me after all =)

My little 'family'.....

Family has been defined as two or more people who share goals and values and have long-term commitments to one another. It's who you make it, it's who you choose. While Julieanne, Jonathan and Jacob are not biologically ours, I can't imagine loving children more. Some people come into your life and end up changing your world! Yep, that's them! :) I'm forever grateful to Jimmy and Jenn for sharing them so unselfishly.
